How does one become bodiless?

Trish + Trisha
Critical Path Bodies of Knowledge Space Grant

How does one become bodiless? The key might be in a fictitious friendship with choreographer Trisha Brown. She is combining spinning messages sent out into the aether via a pirated CB radio, with a fervent hope that Trisha might want to hang out.

Choreographer and Performer: Patricia Wood
Composer and Sound Designer: Benedict Carey
Writer: Cleo Mees

"Patricia is a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and performer, living and working on unceded Gadigal country. Her choreographic research focuses on the embodied practice of transmission, ephemerality, and memory, and encompasses radio, text and IRL performances. She has received support from various institutions and enjoys working for other artists immensely. Patricia received a Master of Research from Macquarie University (2016), is a board member for Critical Path (2018-2020), a teaching artist with Sydney Dance Company (2016-2021) and managed artist-run space, ReadyMade Works (2017-2019). Patricia’s writing has been published in Un Magazine and Critical Dialogues."
