with Charemaine Seet/Seet Dance

10 and 17 March | Surry Hills Library

House dancers, B-girls/B-boys, voguers, poppers and other street dance practitioners are invited to learn about the postmodern period of contemporary dance including Judson Dance Theater, Merce Cunningham, and Trisha Brown. You will find out about the source of ideas that still resonate in today’s dance world and try out choreographic techniques using your movement vocabulary.
